FROM 1951

Our history

Alessandro Garlaschini began his business way back in 1951, buying a part of the Hotel Restaurant Novara, which at that time was used as a small tavern, leaving its name unchanged. In 1971, with many sacrifices, it completely restructured it.
In 1986 the last of the four sons of Alessandro and Giuseppina, “Roberto” reveals him definitively until today, with great sacrifice, love and dedication.
In 2003 Roberto completely restructures the internal part of both the hotel and the restaurant … the result of all these sacrifices is what can be seen, a family business that has been going on for over 50 years.
